FILEminimizer Pictures is a useful application when it comes to resizing one single photo or an entire photo album. The interface is friendly and the menus are intuitive.
With the Optimize Files option the program can reduce the size of one or more images and convert them, thus saving storage space. Besides optimizing files, users can also send processed files via email or upload them to a Facebook account. Users will benefit from a well structured explorer that can be used to search for files or folders that can be loaded into the program. The search enables users to find specific images or pictures using filters like size, date or file extension.
There are 3 levels of compression settings: strong, standard and low, and an option for custom compression is also available. The program has 5 possible language selections: English, which is automatic, as well as German, French, Spanish and Italian.
